1 package Wind & Willow Jalapeño Jack Cheeseball mix
8 flour tortillas
2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
8 oz cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup sour cream

Directions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Jalapeño Jack Cheeseball mix
Add the cooked and shredded chicken to the bowl and stir to combine.
Tear each tortilla and scatter down in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Spoon the chicken and cheese mixture onto the flour tortillas.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the all-purpose flour and stir to combine, cooking for 1-2 minutes until slightly browned.
